The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11bs platform and will result in permanent account closure.

• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to claim any reward or bonus through fraudulent means.

11bs reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend and close accounts in the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide required verification documents.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• A legal order or regulatory directive is received.
• The user requests to close their own account.

In the event of account closure, users are entitled to a refund of any valid balance (excluding bonuses), except where the closure is due to a breach of these terms.
